Delivery & Shipping Policy
We aim to make every PetalWala delivery smooth, timely and special. Please review the details below before placing your order.
Delivery Areas
Online checkout currently supports Moradabad PIN 244001. Standard delivery is free for this PIN, with no minimum order requirement for standard delivery. Other PIN codes are not currently enabled for online delivery; please contact us before ordering for another location.
Same-Day Delivery
Same-day delivery is subject to product, bakery and delivery availability. For the Earliest Available option, the same-day cutoff is 8:00 PM India Standard Time (IST). A specific same-day slot must have at least two hours remaining before its end. Choosing a slot is a preference, not a guaranteed appointment.
Delivery Date & Time
Select a delivery date within the next 14 days at checkout. All times are IST (India time): Morning 9:00 AM–1:00 PM, Afternoon 1:00–5:00 PM, Evening 5:00–9:00 PM, or Earliest Available. Midnight requests (11:00 PM–12:00 AM) require confirmation from us before ordering. Traffic, weather and product availability can affect timing. Any additional charges for special arrangements will be confirmed before you agree to them.
Recipient Information
Please provide the correct recipient name, complete delivery address and a working phone number. Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delays.
Delivery Attempts
If the recipient is unavailable, our delivery partner may contact the recipient or customer to arrange delivery. Additional delivery charges may apply if a second delivery attempt is required.
Product Availability & Substitution
Flowers, cakes and other gifts may vary slightly from website images because of seasonal or local availability. Where necessary, we may use a suitable replacement of similar quality and value while maintaining the overall presentation of the gift.
