Delivery Areas
We currently focus on gift delivery in Moradabad and are gradually expanding our delivery network across India. Delivery availability may vary depending on the product and delivery location.
Same-Day Delivery
Same-day delivery may be available for selected flowers, cakes and gifts, subject to product availability, delivery location and order cut-off time.
Delivery Date & Time
Customers can select an available delivery date and time slot during ordering. We make reasonable efforts to deliver within the selected slot, but traffic, weather, product availability or other circumstances beyond our control can affect timing.
Recipient Information
Please provide the correct recipient name, complete delivery address and a working phone number. Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delays.
Delivery Attempts
If the recipient is unavailable, our delivery partner may contact the recipient or customer to arrange delivery. Additional delivery charges may apply if a second delivery attempt is required.
Product Availability & Substitution
Flowers, cakes and other gifts may vary slightly from website images because of seasonal or local availability. Where necessary, we may use a suitable replacement of similar quality and value while maintaining the overall presentation of the gift.
