Products & Availability
PetalWala offers flowers, cakes, chocolates, teddy bears, gift baskets and other gifting products. All products and services are subject to availability. Flowers and other natural products may vary slightly in colour, size, shape or appearance from website photographs. Cakes and handcrafted products may also have minor variations in decoration or presentation.
Product Substitution
Because flowers, cakes and certain gifting products depend on local and seasonal availability, an exact item may occasionally be unavailable. In such cases, PetalWala may use a suitable substitute of similar or better quality and value while making reasonable efforts to preserve the overall style, theme and value of the ordered product.
Orders
An order is considered received after it has been successfully submitted through our website or another authorised PetalWala ordering channel. PetalWala reserves the right to accept, decline or cancel an order in cases such as product unavailability, incorrect pricing, payment problems, suspected fraud, delivery limitations or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Pricing & Payment
Prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees unless otherwise stated. Applicable delivery or other charges, if any, will be communicated or displayed during ordering. Online payments are processed through authorised payment service providers.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for checking the product, recipient details, delivery address, delivery date and contact information before submitting an order. The website and services must not be used for fraudulent, unlawful or abusive purposes.
Delivery & Recipient Availability
Customers must provide accurate recipient details, including the recipient’s name, complete delivery address and working phone number. PetalWala will make reasonable efforts to deliver on the selected delivery date and within the selected or communicated time period. Traffic, weather, festivals, product availability and circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect exact delivery timing.
If the recipient is unavailable, refuses delivery, the premises are locked, or incorrect or incomplete contact or address information has been provided, successful delivery or redelivery may not always be possible.

Cancellation, Replacement & Refund
Cancellations, replacements and refunds are governed by PetalWala’s Refund & Cancellation Policy. Perishable products such as flowers and cakes may not be eligible for cancellation once preparation or processing has started.
Intellectual Property
The PetalWala name, branding, website content, original text, graphics and other original materials belonging to PetalWala may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without appropriate permission.
Third-Party Services
PetalWala may work with local florists, bakeries, delivery partners, payment providers and other service providers to fulfil orders and operate its services.
Force Majeure
Delivery or service may occasionally be delayed or affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, traffic disruptions, public disturbances or other unforeseen events.
Limitation & Applicable Rights
PetalWala will make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product information and reliable service. Any rights and remedies available to customers under applicable Indian law remain unaffected.

PetalWala may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. The latest version displayed on the website will apply to use of the website and services, subject to applicable law. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of India.
